A total of 100 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were treated in our hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 were recruited and assigned to an operation group or a combined group . In the operation group, there were 23 males and 27 females the age ranged from 22 to 65 years the course of the disease was 16 years. In the combined group, there were 24 males and 26 females the age ranged from 22 to 65 years the course of the disease was 16 years. The research was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Peoples Liberation Army Navy 971 Hospital, No. 971PLAN/77.
2.2. Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria
Inclusion criteria are as follows: met the diagnostic criteria of Guidelines for the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Hemorrhoids met the indications for surgery without a history of anal surgery the patients and their families were informed and signed the informed consent. Exclusion criteria are as follows: patients with other anorectal diseases during pregnancy or lactation with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases with mental disorders.
